School District Guide

District lines should be considered in every home search, even if your kids have left the nest or you don't have school aged children. High test scores, highly rated teachers, and competitive sports programs aren't just positive markers for students – they're a reliable measure of your new home's potential resale value. The bottom line? According to the National Realtors Association, “One out of five [home shoppers] said they would pay six to ten percent above their budget for the right school.”

Whether you are a proud parent or simply looking for a return on your investment, we've got the data that matters. Our guide lists every public and private school in Aspen & surrounding areas, and the accompanying information that empowers parents and informs property owners to make the RIGHT decision.
